Next Step
At first buying a franchise may seem like a complicated project.
There are many factors to be considered which is why we have prepared
this outline.It is designed to help you understand the procedures
followed in purchasing, establishing and beginning operation of
your own Envoy Business Services Franchise.
After
you have received the Franchise Information Package, fill out
and return the enclosed FRANCHISE APPLICATION form. Completing
our franchise application does not commit you in any way. It merely
indicates that you would like more information on the Envoy franchise
opportunity.
As
soon as we have received your completed application, we will review
it promptly and, if mutual interest is indicated, arrange a meeting
with one of our Franchise Representatives.
At this preliminary meeting you will have an opportunity to ask
specific questions about Envoy as a business opportunity. You
may decide to take away the FRANCHISE AGREEMENT for careful study
in your own time. A deposit is required at this time to indicate
your commitment and to allow Envoy to process necessary paperwork.
We
strongly advise you to visit several Envoy retail stores and to
consult independent professional advice before completing the
FRANCHISE AGREEMENT. Once your questions are answered you may
then purchase your own Envoy franchise by signing the FRANCHISE
AGREEMENT and paying the INITIAL FRANCHISE FEE.
At
this point events get really exciting. As soon as possible after
you sign the ENVOY FRANCHISE AGREEMENT, we will begin to work
with you to determine a suitable location for the operation of
your Envoy franchise. The selected location is for mutual approval.
Approximately
20 days prior to the anticipated opening of your Envoy store,
you will attend our initial training program. This program takes
place at our headquarters and includes classroom training as well
as onthe job field training. We will also work with you personally
to advise you on questions of staffing, inventory and equipment
purchasing, advertising and marketing and in many other areas
relevant to your Envoy store. To ensure your confidence in profitability
launching your business, we schedule three full weeks for this
initial training program to cover all aspects of the operation
completely.
With
our continued assistance, you will now be ready to begin. You
will find that you can start operations in a relatively short
period oftime - approximately 30 to 60 days from the date you
sign the franchise agreement.
In
no way does our assistance and support to you end here. Our commitment
to your success has just begun. At any time during the term of
your franchise agreement the answers to your questions will be
just a phone call away.Our professional staff will give you first
priority to help make sure that your start-up goes smoothly. In
addition, over the course of the term of your franchise, we will
be conducting seminars and refresher programs to keep you and
all Envoy franchises in the forefront of our full range of services.
Visits to your franchise by our experienced representatives will
