Q:What does the franchise fee cover?

A: Your franchise fee covers three weeks of comprehensive, professional and systematically designed training. On a performance basis, and delivered by Envoy's managing partners, the training ensures that you are fully competent and confident to commence operation in your Envoy store. Additionally included are training manuals, site selection, lease negotiation assistance, management of build-out, grand opening and start-up assistance. You are also buying into prenegotiated price structures with suppliers who will ensure that you receive "Envoy-pricing" for courier, shipping and supplies.

Q:What will be the total initial investment including the franchise fee?

A: Approximately $80,000. This will depend on the condition of the lease of your store. It has been found that building owners are increasingly more cooperative with potential new tenants and are offering assistance in store preparation.

Q:Do I have to purchase equipment, stationery, supplies from the franchisor?

A: No. Envoy has derived bulk saving costs with principal suppliers who are ready to respond to your needs directly. You will deal directly with suppliers and will benefit from negotiated Envoy prices.

Q:Does Envoy offer financing?

A: Not directly, however we will assist you, through a major bank with the Envoy Finance Package and Business Planning Schedules.

Q:Does Envoy offer a group benefits program?

A: Yes. To protect you and your dependants Envoy has arranged a comprehensive plan including life, disability, health and dental insurance at very attractive rates.
